A human picks up
Not a queue, not a call centre, not a form. You tell us where you are, what door you are standing at, and whether anyone or any animal is shut inside. That last answer changes the order we do everything else in.
Full price and a real arrival time, before we move
A firm figure for the work, the after-hours element if it applies, and honest minutes for your part of the county. If the number changes because the job turns out to be different, we stop and tell you before continuing.
We confirm you are allowed in
ID matching the address, a lease, a piece of post, or a landlord on the phone. For a vehicle, registration or title in your name. Every job, including at 3AM in snow. This is not bureaucracy, it is the only thing protecting your door from everybody else.
Non-destructive entry, explained as we work
Picks, a bypass or an air wedge, chosen for your lock. You keep the lock you already own and your existing keys still fit. If a lock genuinely cannot be opened without damage, we tell you before touching it and you decide.
Keys cut and tested on site
Cut to the original code rather than copied from a worn key, and tested in every door or in the ignition, doors and boot before payment. You watch it work before you pay for it.
We fix the cause, not the ticket
A misaligned strike, a frame that has dropped, a dry cylinder, a fob battery on its way out. We tell you what caused today’s call, because otherwise you are paying us again in March.
